Manifesting your Dreams and Living Life on Purpose
I've talked about this moment when I had this major download several times over the last few years. I remember waking up at 2 in the morning and unable to go back to sleep. I remember sitting in my bathroom with a notebook and pain and scribbling pages and pages of thoughts and ideas.
After some time passed, I found myself back in my bed but still finding it hard to go back to sleep. I laid there thinking what is all of this? As I flipped through the notebook pages full of this mental download.
In the morning I woke up and reread my notes which were not as legible as I'd like. But what I could make out seem to be sort of a cycle or process or framework for something I had yet not discovered. So the creative part of my mind went immediately to work trying to decipher this "geniusness".
Since I honestly had no idea what I was supposed to do with this, did everything. I designed t-shirts and random social media marketing and wrote blog posts trying to figure it all out. This was close to 8 years ago.

Now if you've been following me or connected with my business Cre8tive Vibes, the Simple Life, and now my podcast, The Entrepreneur Lifestyle. You've heard me talk about these 7 steps fairly often. And I'm going to break them down for you once again.
The first step is The Epiphany. Your Epiphany is the big idea that one thing that keeps coming back into your head that never seems to quite leave your mind.
The second step is Insanity. Insanity is the chaos and lack of balance that we find in our day-to-day lives when we are in the middle of the transition.
The third step is to Exhale. This part of the process relates to the need for consistent breathing. Learning to control your emotions is a key player during this point of manifestation.
The fourth step is S.Y.N.C.E.D. It's an acronym it stands for say yes no can't every day. Synced is this step. Doing big scary things have been holding you back and now it's time to let go.
The fifth step is to Recognize. Recognizing where you are in the process and what it takes to maintain the momentum to move forward.
The six-step is Believe.
Now is the time to believe in your dreams. It's time to understand that great things are possible in your life and that you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
And the 7th step for manifesting your dreams is understanding that it's your responsibility to live. Live is the seventh step and it requires all six steps being successfully executed over and over and over again to ensure the manifestations of your dreams and future outcomes.
Now I've given you the steps it's time to talk about the action that is required to implement these into your every day every month every year lifestyles.
Action Steps for the 1 step Epiphany. Make sure you have pens and paper readily available near your bed and even in the bathroom. Yes, the bathroom. I don't know about you, but sometimes my best ideas come right when I get out of the shower. Or maybe ill get a download while I'm brushing my teeth. So I tend to keep Post-it notes and pens in my drawer in the bathroom. So I can get that idea on paper otherwise I might lose it. Having the opportunity to write these thoughts down immediately when you have them is a critical part of the process. Sometimes without taking a moment to stop and think through an idea or thought it gets lost
Finding balance during Insanity. These steps are hard to deal with sometimes. But it's totally up to you to learn how to expect what is coming and surround yourself with people who feed into your dreams. Insanity will hit regardless of where you are in the process be it from lack of communication, unexpected situations that are out of your control, or just life in general. But it's very important to have goals and set responses so that you are prepared and not caught off guard by these situations.
Learning how to breathe and Exhale. This can be difficult especially when you are not in control, or feeling stressed out, or just not comfortable. That's why this step requires you to learn how to control your emotions. Everything that you do or say or experience does not require an emotional response. Learning to be aware and process what's happening or what people are saying or what is intended is a best practice that you will need for a lifetime.
Saying yes when you're used to saying no feels weird. But the fear that was holding you back from achieving your goals and living your dream life is the only thing that keeps you from saying yes. There's a lot of things that we say we can't do but that's a limiting belief. Learning to say yes not can't every day Will Empower you to overcome those limiting beliefs and start living life on purpose.
It took me a long time to realize and recognize is probably the most important part of the process. I didn't quite understand how important it was to celebrate the winds every single day. Until I realized that most of the time we focus on the losses every day. This thought process and tactic will keep you doubting yourself and fearful if you're not careful. That's why it's so important to recognize how far you've come, how much you have accomplished, and celebrate where you are right now.
Learning to believe in yourself is the biggest accomplishment anybody can have. Believing in the unknown and having faith that things will work out will relieve you from the overthinking habits that usually draw in depression and sadness. When You Believe In Yourself your thoughts your ideas it's much easier to manage the day-to-day obstacles because you're in control.
Learning to live your life, your best life. Is something we should all strive to achieve. Most often we are just wandering through life in a repetitive cycle of days. Doing the same thing over and over again and just accepting where things are and how they are turning out. But living means more than that. It means accepting the possibilities that can and will come if the work required is done to accomplish them. But you must first believe that you already have everything you need to take the first step towards being great.
