What does your Brand Say?

As a Retail Manager in my past life, I have learned that Branding is everything. I remember how hard we worked to insure consistency throughout the entire store. It was important to provide great customer service, clean easy shopping, and clear sales campaign. The entire experience was a representation of the Brand.Your Brand image will help connect you with the right customers/clients.

Starting a business is very similar, you have ask yourself a few simple questions.

  • Can my BRAND speak for itself?

  • What is my BRAND'S overall message?

  • Who does my BRAND speak to?

  • What happens once a customer/client connects with my BRAND?

By asking yourself these questions, you can start setting the tone for your Brand. Even after my retail life, I've learned how to listen to the customer, and focus on finding a solution to their problem. Having a solution to a common problem is where you will find your BRAND'S voice. Make it clear how you can help and what the benefits will be if they invest in your services.

At the end of the day, communication is key and you won't always be able to personally communicate the purpose of your BRAND. So understanding what your BRAND is saying when you are not there will give you peace of mind. AND help make your business money, even if you are asleep.
