This is the part in brand development where we pay specific attention to content writing for your service/product offerings. At the end of the day your goal is to attract the perfect clients/customers who need you to fix their problems.

In Step two of the BYOB Online Course we work through understanding your products and services. Having a clear idea of who your service or products will impact comes from understanding it's not always about WHAT you do, but HOW you do it and WHO it will help.

The best way to identify who your brand can help is by taking some time to find the problem. Here are a couple tips for working through this process.

Have a sample party - Get advice from potential clients by inviting them to try your products or use your service. Having a survey for them to complete is helpful too. Use that feedback to better understand if your products will be a solution in your particular industry.

Do research - Find out what people are complaining about in your industry. This is a sure way to find out if your brand provides a needed solution.
