Starting a business for anyone can be a challenge, but for women who already have a plate full, there is a need for community and togetherness.

As you know, there is strength in numbers, and when like-minded people come together, magic is guaranteed to happen. In the Cre8tive Vibes Studios, we strive to uplift, support, and empower aspiring female entrepreneurs.

I've been connecting with new aspiring entrepreneurs and the feeling is mutual, there has to be a method to the madness. In the early launch phase of building and running a business, life can be a bit hectic. It's easy to want to throw in the towel and quit before you even start. It is all too familiar to me, as I'm in the trenches with you and live this entrepreneur lifestyle each and every day. The truth is, you can do anything you set your mind to and commit to achieving.

My mission is to help Female entrepreneurs feel empowered, supported, and appreciated while building their business. The process of starting a business and understanding all the in's and out's takes time. It truly takes a village of like-minded people to come together to make your dream come to life.

I've had the pleasure to work with a hard-working female entrepreneur and small business owner Carmen Flores. Carmen has recently decided to stop working for other people and is opening her own business. As you know, the Real Estate industry is booming right now, and this is the perfect opportunity for Carmen to shine!

Here's what Carmen had to say when I asked her how it feels to be the CEO of her business and Life.

I have been working in the real estate business for almost two decades. After working under a few brokers and gaining much knowledge, I decided to go for it and become my own boss. I did it for the added freedom and ability to dedicate myself fully to what I love. I have always found great pleasure in assisting others to achieve their dreams. And what better way than to help folks through one of the most important decisions of their lives, homeownership!

You know how I feel about setting goals and taking action. Carmen's mission is clear, and she has plans for success in her business.

She did not hesitate when I asked her what do you want to achieve this year?

I aim to improve how real estate brokerage is done here in my immediate community. I intend on recruiting professionals who share my vision and mission in treating people with great care and respect that result in customer satisfaction.

As a bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Real Estate Agent in the New Haven, Connecticut area Carmen has already started to pave the way to provide outstanding service to future homeowners understand the process and helped them become homeowners.
